We are back out wandering …

As Hull Libraries and Hull City Arts have been generous enough to fund us again, we have begun Project H2!

We have met twice now, led by Hull playwright Lydia Marchant.  She was a member of the first Project H team in 2015, then joined the Writing Squad. She has also been Hull Truck’s Young Writer in Residence and is still a supported artist there while taking part in the National Theatre’s playwriting group.

Our first meeting was a gentle getting to know you with a few writing exercises, then we began April by meeting in the new Humber Street Gallery, going for a wander along the two rivers into the Old Town, and sharing work stimulated by what we saw.

We met an old friend too who, in the this unfortunate photo, looks as if he has donned socks against the cold!
